Below, you’ll find answers to some of the questions we’re asked most frequently. If your concerns are not addressed below, contact us. We’d be happy to answer any questions prior to scheduling your estimate.


Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, all of our estimates are free of charge.

Can you give me an estimate over the phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with an estimate without looking at your tree in person.  When we give estimates, we take many variables into consideration to give you an accurate quote, which isn’t possible if we can’t look at the tree or trees in person.

How long will it take to receive my estimate?

Depending on our workload, it can take 1-2 business days.  If a major storm has recently gone through our service area, it could take a little longer.  If you have a tree that is hazardous to your property and you are concerned, please make sure to express those concerns when contacting us so we can schedule accordingly.

Upon signing the agreement attached to the estimate, how many days does it take for the job to be performed?

Once you sign the agreement located on the bottom of the estimate, our Project Coordinator will contact you (either by phone or email) within 1-2 business days.  Again, please keep in mind that if there was a major storm, we could be booked out a few weeks.  We appreciate your patience and we value ALL of our customers.  However, when there are emergencies (i.e. trees laying on houses or vehicles) we do have to prioritize to avoid any further damages.

What time will the crew arrive at my house on the day the tree work is scheduled to be performed?

Our project coordinator does not schedule any jobs for specific times.  She will let you know if the job is scheduled for morning or afternoon.

Are you insured?

Yes.  We carry more than the minimum required liability insurance.  Feel free to request a certificate of insurance.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all methods of payment including cash, check, and credit cards.  We do not require payment until the work is complete.

We serve central and southeast MN, including Eden Prairie, Savage, Bloomington, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Eagan, Rosemount, Prior Lake, Lakeville, Elko New Market, Northfield, Faribault, Owatonna, Albert Lea, West Concord, Kasson, Byron, Rochester, and more.
